For some reason, you may have to miss an event(s) you were so committed to attending. We understand that it is normal for such situations to arise. We also must ensure that your ticket provides you with a satisfactory experience. Once payments are made, the money is used to settle the event’s costs, such as administration. As such, the booking fee is non-refundable. Refunds are available under specific conditions as outlined in this policy, depending on the timing of your cancellation or if Hikers Arena cancels an event. We encourage you to review this policy before booking any event.
To request a refund, please contact us at sales@hikersarena.com with the subject line “Refund Request: “Event Name”. you can also reach us using our contact information. In your request, include your full name, event details, order number, and the reason for cancellation or refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days when they should be reflected in your account. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used when booking. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please inform us immediately so we can arrange an alternative refund method.
