Poster Hill Upsweep

Poster Hill Upsweep heads to the most scenic summit in the Aberdares. Standing tall at the East of Table Mountain, this gem promises landscapes and the views as you build endurance. From the Magical rocks up the Table Mountain, the flora past the bogs, and the panoramic landscapes past the Table Mountain summit, you will love the experience.

The hike starts at Mikeu Shopping Center and takes a left turn past the Aberdares Forest gate to the base of Table Mountain. Here, you will cross a river and ascend a steep ascent to the leveled ground, where you have rock views ahead and a beautiful forest landscape behind. The next stretch is gentler, leading to another river crossing, then the start of rocks and a short and boggy section. Past this bog, the next section is floral, especially after fresh rains. After a few more steps, the Table Mountain Summit welcomes you.

After recharging the adventurous spirit, we will take the trail to Lesatima. This will be more adventurous, motivated by the east views as you head to Mount Satima. A few moments after we cross the valley past Table Mountain, we will exit the path and elevate to Poster Hill Summit.
