Event Details
Kathandeni Hydrotherapy Hike is an immersive beginner-friendly hike in the lower Mount Kenya forest that gives the therapy from hearing and watching the water flow under the noise of the forest. If you are looking for a hike that does not strain your muscles and gives you the escape to refresh your mind or unwind, Kathandeini Forest is your place.
The hike starts at Kathandeini Forest Station and quickly follows the road to the forest before diverting to the trail. You come across the Nyamindi River before heading to a three-tier waterfall. After capturing moments, we will head to Mlango Pool and immerse as we swim in the natural pool with cold, refreshing water.
