Also known as the Black Mountain, Ol Donyo Orok features picturesque spots, water catchments, beautiful rocks, herbs, and animal species, with the highest hill stretching to 8360ft. This is a moderate hike suitable for beginner hikers and anyone who is looking for the cool air and scenery away from the noise of town.

Departure, Hike & Return
Meeting point: City Hall Way (Kencom) opposite International House Entrance, CBD.
- 4.30 am: Boarding opens
- 4.45 am: Departure for Namanga (The departure time is strict)
- 7.00 am: Arrival at Namanga and Preparation
- 7.20 am: Hike starts
- 1.00 pm: Descend to the starting point
- 5.00 pm: Departure for Nairobi
N/B: The departure time back to Nairobi is subject to the day’s tidings and could be earlier or later than estimated.
